Dimension One Spas is a hot tub manufacturer located in Northern San Diego County. Incitrio’s unique challenge was to develop two email campaigns that each targeted the same audience but communicated in very different ways. The first campaign was focused around corporate communications and very business-like while the second campaign focused on brand personality and the latest news.
