Claritas, a San Diego-based high tech firm, was in the process of being integrated into Nielsen when they came to Incitrio. The challenge was to rebrand the site so it looked unique on its own but also had a look & feel that integrated well with the Nielsen HQ site, as it was now one in a portfolio of brands. Their old site was condensed from 800 to 200 pages. Incitrio performed extensive user experience analysis to ensure the new interface would now pre-qualify leads and drive traffic to the appropriate internal sales team.
After the new site launched, the CEO of Nielsen himself stated (in a meeting addressing all of the sub-brand marketing heads): “You should all be looking at Claritas. This is an example of a job well done.”
