Kramm, Inc. is a 25 year+ veteran of the court reporting industry. Their global headquarters are located in the heart of downtown San Diego, CA. Incitrio was approached to develop a new branding system, collateral and website. The challenge was to develop a series of information graphics that clearly communicated the sophisticated nature of their service offerings and develop a site that would integrate with several back-end technology solutions. Incitrio performed extensive qualitative focus group analysis that translated to a comprehensive SWOT analysis and determined the content structure for the new brochure and website.
